We do not have all the answers but this is something that we are passionate about. We have seen what it looks like to have a culture of discipleship and it is achievable. We have had the opportunity to be a part of one for the last 18 years. 

Even though every church and ministry context is different, there are transferable principles that you can take and apply where you are to cultivate a discipleship culture. Our goal is not to get you to use our resources (though they are available to you to use). Our goal is to help you navigate your context.
